Cash on Delivery (COD) in Poland

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery (COD) means you don’t need to pay in advance. You simply pay the courier when your package is delivered.

  1. Please make sure to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including:

    • Full recipient name (must match doorplate or ID if required for delivery)

    • Detailed street address, house/building number, city, postal code, and country

    • Valid email address and phone number for delivery updates and courier contact
      Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or returns.

  2. Shipping Fee:
    A fixed shipping fee is charged per order, depending on the destination country. The exact amount will be shown automatically at checkout.
Which countries support COD service?

COD service is currently available in the following countries:

Austria,  Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany,     Romania,  Slovenia, Slovakia, and Poland.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

No. With COD, there are no prepayments or deposits required. Payment is made only upon delivery.

How can I pay with COD?

Here are the accepted payment methods:

Cash ：simply hand the courier the exact amount shown on your invoice.

Card payment ：some couriers may carry a portable card terminal that allows you to pay by Visa or Mastercard.

No prepayment required — you only pay once you receive your package.

Are there any extra fees for COD?

No extra COD service fees are charged. You only need to cover the product cost + shipping fee, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take with COD?

All COD orders are shipped from our local warehouse in Poland. We usually dispatch within 48 hours, and delivery takes about 2–7 business days.

Can I check the package before paying?

In most cases, the courier is required to collect payment before handing over the parcel. If you notice any issues after receiving the product, please contact our customer service immediately.

What happens if I refuse the package?

If you refuse to accept or pay for your COD order, the package will be returned and the order canceled. Please note that repeated refusals may affect your eligibility to use COD in the future.

What if my product is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support right away. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.
